The Flour Monkey Bakery has a full range of everyday bread products as well as a range of artisan and specialty breads. All our breads are made from our own recipes by our experienced team of bakers.

SOUR DOUGH
Made using our very own 6-year-old culture. This bread has people coming from the Gold & Sunshine Coasts. Very dense, crusty loaf with a heavy sour taste. Available in a white loaf or a rye loaf.
INGREDIENTS
WHITE SOUR: White flour, gluten, salt olive oil, water.
RYE SOUR: White flour, rye meal flour, gluten, salt olive oil, water.
LOW GI SEED BREAD.
Combination of 6 different seeds & grains soaked overnight to ensure softness & freshness. Wholemeal base with 3 times the grains as traditional grain bread. Very filling loaf which is a great source of energy & fibre.
CIABATTA
Classic Italian bread with an aerated, chewy centre and a light crust. Made with our own Biga style recipe using only 5 basic ingredients.

SPELT BREAD
This bread has been called the staff of life in Europe for centuries. Spelt is an ancient grain which contains all of the basic materials for a healthy diet. A very light, soft textured, highly nutritious loaf with an appealing nutty flavour.
